Goods are delivered kerbside within crane access, as determined safe by the driver. Microcement To You is not responsible for additional lifting or carrying. Goods will not be unloaded without full payment and a signed delivery confirmation.
Returns information

You must inform us of your decision to seek a refund within 14 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party you indicated (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

For a return to be accepted, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Ensure the item is in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returned items that are damaged.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of their arrival. After inspection, we will promptly update you on the status of your refund.

Smart Jointer tile grout filler, a versatile putty filler and smoothing compound, is designed for manual application using a spatula or trowel, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its primary purpose is to achieve a smooth surface, preparing it for the application of ready-to-use microcement. Notably, its resistance to running water and humidity makes it particularly well-suited for filling joints in tiles and stoneware, especially in kitchens and bathrooms.

This tile grout filler exhibits strong adhesion on various surfaces, including tiles, ceramics, plaster, drywall, concrete, bricks, stone, mortar, and painted surfaces. Its quick-drying nature allows for efficient application, and it can be sanded to achieve a completely smooth surface.

Smart Jointer tile grout filler is available in different types, catering to various joint thicknesses: 0-2 mm, 2-5 mm, and 5-10 mm. This range provides flexibility for different applications and ensures optimal performance in joint filling based on specific requirements.

Care Instructions

Product Application

When applying the tile grout filler, it's crucial to consider the following guidelines. First, ensure the substrate is dry, free of dust, lime, and dirt. Prior to application, manually stir the product with a spatula.

Apply the tile grout filler using a spatula or trowel to fill the tile joints and/or smooth the surface. Allow the tile grouting to dry for 12 to 24 hours before progressing to the application of ready-to-use microcement.

Exercise caution by avoiding application at temperatures below 8°C or above 35°C, or when humidity levels exceed 80%. Additionally, refrain from applying the filler over heated surfaces or in direct sunlight. Lastly, steer clear of applying the tile grout filler on substrates subject to permanent humidity. These considerations ensure a successful and effective application process.
