Delivery & Returns

Generally, our products are dispatched within 1-3 days after payment processing. Please take note of the following:

Delivery Schedule:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at sales@toyougroup.co.uk so that we can help. Please be aware that precise delivery times cannot be guaranteed. 

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage expenses. Shipping charges vary based on the weight of the shipment. Combine purchases into one order to avoid separate fees.

"Available on Back Order" - Goods with this status are out of stock and require 8-10 working days for delivery.

Orders exceeding 500m2 may take 10-14 working days for dispatch. For specific delivery details, please contact sales@toyougroup.co.uk

Delivery Location and Responsibilities:

Goods are delivered kerbside within crane access, as determined safe by the driver. Microcement To You is not responsible for additional lifting or carrying. Goods will not be unloaded without full payment and a signed delivery confirmation.

Buyer-Induced Delay:

In the event of delivery hindrance caused by the Buyer, Microcement To You reserves the right to reschedule delivery, taking into account third-party commitments.

Liability and Delay Causes:

Microcement To You's financial liability for late delivery is limited to the Contract Price. Microcement To You's  is not liable for losses resulting from the Buyer's failure to accept, instruct, or request a delay.

Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to sales@toyougroup.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
