Smart Primer ABS serves as an adhesion promoter specifically designed for absorbent substrates like plaster or plasterboard. This primer plays a crucial role in enhancing the bond between the existing substrate and the microcement.

Moreover, Smart Primer ABS for absorbent surfaces contributes to the uniform absorption of the entire substrate. Its ready-to-use formulation allows for easy application, which can be achieved using a microfiber roller or brush. This ensures a seamless and effective priming process for absorbent surfaces, preparing them for the subsequent application of microcement.
Application

Prior to applying the primer for absorbent surfaces, it's essential to ensure that the substrate is dry, clean, and firm, free from any traces of grease or oil.

Using a brush or microfiber roller, apply a single coat of Smart Primer ABS on the absorbent surface.

Allow a waiting period of 30 minutes for the primer to dry thoroughly on the absorbent surfaces. Following this drying time, you can proceed to apply the first coat of microcement within a timeframe of no more than 24 hours. This sequence ensures optimal adhesion and performance in the microcement application process.
